曼德勒皇宮護城河賞日出(Sunrise in Mandalay Palace Moat and the market)

今天一早，一起走到護城河觀賞日出，天還是灰白，許多和尚出來化緣，我剛好有帶一些餅乾，供奉給很多小和尚。護城河旁，想不到已經很多人在那運動、餵鴿子，一點都不覺得現在才天剛亮。皇宮旁有一早市，規模中等，有賣早餐、生鮮蔬菜、水果、各式各樣的民生日用品，讓人覺得很有活力的一個市場，重點是不會覺得髒亂。

雖然來緬甸前一直被告誡路邊攤不要試，但在此實在忍不住，試了一個像蔥油餅的東西再加上一杯拉茶。

今早重點是護城河的日出，但這市場的人文風華更勝過護城河的日出。

曼德勒皇宮(Mandalay Palace)

看過網誌說這個地方不值得參觀，但因為它很有名，還是來了。確實，是一個根本不值得參觀的地方，現在的皇宮是重建版本，雕工粗糙，或說根本沒有雕工，所有的屋頂都是漆了紅色的鐵皮，簡直就是來看一棟棟的的紅色鐵皮屋，我對這個皇宮的評語只有『粗製濫造』這個形容詞。

緬甸人虔誠，對於寺廟佛塔都是奉現出最寶貴的，重建也是慎重其事；但皇宮就另當別論了。
曼德勒城景點參觀套票是10美金，因此以下景點費用包含在內了。

金色宮殿僧院(Shwenandaw Kyaung、Golden Palace Monastery)

這是一座柚木打造的僧院，雕刻很細緻，他曾經上了所有金漆，但因為年代久遠，外面的金漆都掉落了，只剩下純木古樸原色，但殿內依然金光碧輝煌。僧院雖不大，但若細細觀賞這些雕刻，也需要花上很多時間，很推薦這個景點。

固都陶佛塔(Kuthodaw Pagoda)

號稱世界最大的經書，一間佛塔就是一頁經書，一排排白色佛塔、古老的綠樹加上藍天，讓人心曠神怡，值得參觀。

馬哈穆尼佛寺(Mahamuni Paya)

這是一個熱鬧、吵雜的寺廟，且很多乞討者會黏著觀光客要錢，一旦給了，就會沒完沒了。入寺廟還要收拍照費(曼德勒很多景點都要收費，拍照還要另外算)、女生不能上前為佛像貼金箔，個人對此寺廟真的不推薦。但在曼德勒城區也沒其他地方可去，就只好順便排了這個著名觀光景點。
